Refund policy

Due to the nature of antique & vintage jewelry, we can not accept returns or exchanges unless the items arrives damaged, is not the item originally ordered or if the sizing was misrepresented.

If any of the above occurs, please email photos of the damaged / incorrect item to:
saugerties.antiques@gmail.com and we will respond within 24 hours. 

A store credit or refund will be offered if the photos show the issues mentioned above, item must be returned within 14 days of this initial communication. Please do not hesitate to reach out for further queries regarding our store policies, thank you.
